Note: Begin by reconstituting the MOTS-c vial by adding 2.0 mL of bacteriostatic water directly into the 20 mg MOTS-c vial, gently swirling until the peptide is fully dissolved. Once reconstituted, withdraw the entire 2.0 mL solution and transfer it directly into the SS-31 vial containing 30 mg, again gently swirling to ensure complete dissolution. After the SS-31 is fully incorporated, withdraw the full 2.0 mL combined solution and inject it into the 5-Amino-1MQ vial containing 10 mg, gently swirling until the solution is uniform. The result is a single master vial containing all three compounds fully dissolved in a total volume of 2.0 mL, preserving exact ratios and allowing for consistent, repeatable dosing from one homogeneous solution.
